Donated durable medical equipment
in clean, working,
ready-to-use condition is available to south Lincoln County residents who need them. At no cost.
Durable Medical Equipment (DME) includes hospital beds, wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, canes, commodes,
and toilet risers.
COVID-19 update - March 20:
The Furniture and Durable Medical Equipment program is OPEN, 1-3pm on Tuesdays. No community pick up or drop off.

When items are not available, they go on the waiting list. We may have specialty
items available and some items may be available through other sources.

While this program is closed, we would appreciate you holding your good, usable, clean furniture donations or working appliances donations until the new year.

Our volunteers will provide for urgent needs, as we are able, while the program is closed.

Donations are generally accepted Tuesday & Thursday, 1:00 to 3:00pm.
For larger items, our road crew goes into the community on Wednesday mornings by appointment

Interested volunteers are invited to attend a monthly board meeting
as an introduction to the organization and programs. At the board meeting you can also meet
the Food Share and Clothing Share directors who are also SLR members.
** This program closes for two weeks before Thanksgiving and reopens the first week after New Years.
